"The HBPC Difference" Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of quick oats
- 1 whole banana
- 50g of frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
- 1 serving (33g) of HBPC salted caramel protein (SWELL WPI/WPC or SOUL PLANT BASED)
- 500ml of water

Directions:

- Add all ingredients into a blender, blitz and enjoy

"The HBPC Local" Healthy Protein Balls

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 cup medium desiccated unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup of quick oats
- 1/2 cup of unsalted cashews
- 2 servings (66g) of HBPC vanilla protein (PEAK WPI or SOUL PLANT BASED)

Directions:

- Place all ingredients into food processor and blitz until mixture starts to pull together.
- Once blitz'd, roll mixture into balls and roll in additional coconut
- Store in tight sealed container in the fridge or freezer

"The HBPC Sunday Stack" Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 serving (33g) of HBPC vanilla protein (PEAK WPI or SOUL PLANT BASED)

Directions:

- Seperate the egg yokes from egg whites
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl or a blender and blitz until smooth consistency
- Heat non-stick skillet over low heat and slowly add mixture until designed pancake size
- Cook evenly on each side and serve immediately
- Add additional fruit or natural agave nectar if desired
